My approach to workforce and event operations centers on creating systems that bring clarity to fast-moving environments, allowing teams to communicate effectively, adapt quickly, and perform confidently under pressure. Strong operational leadership is ultimately about supporting people and building structures that help staff feel prepared, trusted, and capable of delivering exceptional experiences.
Practice
As Workforce Operations Manager for Hayden Homes Amphitheater, I oversee workforce scheduling, labor management, staffing logistics, and real-time operational support for one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier outdoor concert venues. Operated by Live Nation Entertainment, the venue hosts nationally touring artists and large-scale live productions throughout the concert season, requiring coordination across hundreds of employees, multiple departments, and constantly evolving show-day needs.
