Philosophy
Great education creates reflection, curiosity, and ownership within the learner. My approach to coach education focuses on helping coaches think critically, communicate intentionally, and better understand the players in front of them. Rather than simply providing answers, I aim to guide coaches through meaningful learning experiences that encourage self-awareness, collaboration, and continued growth.
Practice
As a United States Soccer Federation Soccer Educator, I work with coaches through facilitated learning environments focused on player-centered coaching, guided reflection, communication, and session design. My experience includes supporting coaches in developing both their technical understanding of the game and their ability to create meaningful developmental environments for players.
